Based out of Kingston in the Hudson Valley, New York, Philippe and Julian share a combined 40 years in the art, fashion, graphic design and digital marketing worlds. Combining their talents of highly trained attention to detail, branding, and commitment to artisanal quality, they created the Seek North Provisions Kombucha line. And not only are you about to fall in love with their story and product, they’re going to make sure you love yourself and stay #gutpositive.
Philippe and Julian have promised to step up the game by offering more than just "quality ingredients". Their flavorful booch is proudly brewed in Upstate New York. It’s completely raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized, keeping all of its health benefits unadulterated. This undiluted, badass ‘booch’ uses no artificial sweeteners, fillers, or synthetic flavors. Because they don’t cut corners, Seek North Kombucha is Certified Organic and lower in sugars than their other neighbors on the block. Their brand intention is to eventually grow 50% of their ingredients on their Catskills farm, Seek North Mountain. Seek North Provisions recently released three deftly dramatic flavors that will be available for your curious consumption at all NYC Dean and DeLuca locations. Gracing the bottle lineup: a sweet, hoppy Pineapple Elderflower Kombucha, the tropically spicy Hibiscus Ginger Kombucha, and a sun-soaked Blueberry Pomegranate Lemon Kombucha. They will continue to have two flavors on tap every month at Dean and Deluca, along with two new ones debuting in November: Passionfruit and Apple Ginger. However, if you think you’re not a ‘booch fan, one of Trinh and Lesser’s best talents is converting non-boochers into lifelong booch-heads.
Lesser and Trinh are enviro-conscious vegetarians that refuse to compromise wholehearted altruism.
